In Romans 12: 1 – 2, begs the
question: How do we do this – become transformed by the renewing of our minds?
God gives us a perfect example of
the strength of grace in Jesus. How do we emulate Him?
The Word of God is very clear in
what it tells us how we are to respond to trials and attacks of the enemy. For
all that comes against us we can say, “Here I stand!!!”
How can be become: “bendable by
Grace but unbendable to the enemies of Grace.”
James 4:4 gives us
instruction about how we are to be toward things of the world. Are we still, in
the 21st Century, to follow what this says? Can we even do it? If we
don’t, what does that mean for us?
To be friends with God is to be
an enemy of the world! Are we friends of God or the world? Is it possible to be
both?
How have we responded to the
teaching at New River ? How has it changed us?
